Established in the early 1996, Madani family operations supplied high-quality filled oxygen cylinders to hospitals and industries across Syria until 2010.
MADANI Manufacturing is a Syrian industrial company built on decades of hands-on production experience across regulated and quality-driven industries. With a strong background in industrial operations and regional trade, the company is now re-establishing itself to address a critical gap in the Syrian construction and infrastructure market.
We are focused on producing Foam and mineral wool insulated sandwich panels to serve the growing demand for industrial buildings, cold storage, agricultural facilities, temporary housing, and energy-sector infrastructure. Our objective is to become the first local manufacturer in Syria, reducing reliance on imports and delivering durable, fire-resistant, and cost-effective building solutions.
Our History
MADANI Manufacturing is a Syrian family-owned business with decades of experience in industrial production and exports. Before the Syrian crisis, we specialized in:
Oxygen bottle production
Kashkaval, other local cheeses, milk and yogurt production
Milk and dairy products exported to the Arabian Gulf
At the beginning of the war, our family sold all operations, and now we are proud to relaunch Syria’s first sandwich panel production company, focusing on high-quality foam and mineral wool insulated panels.

Company registration, legal structuring, and industrial approvals are underway in coordination with Syrian government authorities and industrial zones.
Machinery Search & Evaluation
Active sourcing and technical evaluation of used sandwich panel production lines in Western Europe, including inspections, specifications review, and commercial negotiations.
Factory Construction & Preparation
Preparation of the industrial site, civil works, utilities installation, and layout optimization to accommodate the production line and material flow.
Machine Delivery & Installation
Logistics, delivery, installation, and commissioning of machinery, supported by technical experts and suppliers to ensure operational readiness.
Testing, Training & Trial Production
Operator training, quality testing, and trial runs to validate product performance and meet market and regulatory standard
Market Entry & First Sales
Commercial launch of Madani Manufacturing with the first locally produced sandwich panels entering the Syrian market.
