our History
A Timeline of Growth & Adaptation
Foundations in Trade
Almadani began as a family-owned trading business, active across central Syria. The group operated in the trade and distribution of a wide range of goods — from machinery and industrial equipment to food products and consumer items. These decades built strong commercial networks, market trust, and deep operational knowledge.
Distribution & Early Manufacturing
The group transitioned into large-scale distribution, becoming a key FMCG distributor through what later became Madani for Distribution.
In parallel, MADANI Manufacturing was established, operating facilities for:
Oxygen cylinder filling
Dairy production, including cheese and yogurt (Al-Gaith Cheese brand)
This period marked Almadani’s move toward integrated operations combining distribution and production.
Automotive Leadership
Almadani became one of the largest automotive distributors in Hama, central Syria, acting as an official agent for:
Hyundai (Shamout Group)
Kia
Saba (Hamsho Group)
With an inventory exceeding 100 vehicles, the group operated at significant scale and market influence.
Take a Breath
Because of the Syrian war Almadani stopped all operations in Syria
Resilience & Regional Diversification
In response to the conflict, the group shifted focus beyond Syria to Iraq:
Marble and granite operations in Kurdistan Region, Iraq through MADANI Stones
Sandwich panel repair and industrial solutions supporting construction needs.
This phase reflected strategic resilience and adaptability.
Advisory & Infrastructure
The launch of MAXIA marked Almadani’s entry into supply chain consulting and operational advisory, supporting clients across the region.
At the same time, MADANI Infra was established to design infrastructure projects aligned with reconstruction and long-term development.
Machinery & Industrial Enablement
Through Madani Machinery, the group expanded into machinery sourcing and deployment, supporting regional clients — including KSA-based companies — in sourcing:
Excavators
Asphalt pavers
Asphalt milling machines
This phase reinforces the group’s role in enabling infrastructure and industrial execution.
Third-Generation Leadership
Almadani operates as a third-generation business, integrating legacy experience with modern execution across trade, distribution, manufacturing, infrastructure, machinery, and advisory services.
